Are tutoring sessions recorded?
No. Sessions take place live and are not recorded or transcribed. Recordings and replays are not provided. Tutors and learners must not record sessions or use transcription tools or AI meeting assistants. We use booking and contact details to arrange tutoring, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
How do I schedule a session?
Send your subject, level, learning goals, and preferred dates using the session request form. The team will contact you to discuss tutor availability and agree a schedule.
Is submitting a request a confirmed booking?
No. Your preferred dates help us plan. The team will confirm availability, the session format, and any fees with you before a session is booked.
Can I request a series of sessions?
Yes. Choose a prepaid five- or ten-session bundle and describe your timeline. Bundles last 30 days from purchase and do not renew automatically.
Will a tutor take my exam or complete my work?
Tutoring focuses on helping you learn. Tutors explain concepts, guide practice, and provide feedback. Learners complete their own assessed work and take their own exams.
What does a session cost?
The standard rate is US$60 for a 60-minute session, with subject-specific rates on our pricing page. Prepaid five-session bundles save 5%; ten-session bundles save 10%. There is no automatic renewal. The team confirms the total before payment.
Can I change my preferred time?
Let the team know when they contact you, or submit a new request and mention your earlier reference. Changes to confirmed sessions depend on the terms agreed before booking.
